Token Sciences 2025 "Lean Rising Stars, Intelligent Manufacturing Future" Lean Proposal Improvement Competition extends an invitation to every Token employee brimming with creativity and passion! This is a clarion call for innovation in the realm of lean practices, a rare "training ground" for excellence. Here, you can fully showcase your talents, delve into the "core zones" of business operations, accumulate hands-on experience, grow rapidly through challenges, and become a pillar for Token Sciences future development.
The Contest "Gathering of Heroes"
This competition is open to all current employees of Token Sciences. Whether you're a "skilled craftsman" on the production frontlines, a "R&D expert" in technical departments, or a "strategic mastermind" in management roles, you'll find your stage in this grand event. Each department (business unit) can freely form teams to register, with a maximum of 5 members per team.

First Prize: 1 winner, prize money of 3,000 RMB
Second Prize: 2 winners, prize money 2000 yuan
Third Prize: 3 winners, ¥1000 bonus each
Excellence Award: 6 winners, ¥500 bonus each
