To further enhance the professional skills of the company's forklift operators, strengthen safety awareness, and provide a platform for skill exchange and talent showcase, the 8th Forklift Skills Competition of Chint Technology was grandly held in the company square on the afternoon of November 28. The event was hosted by Zhang Wenjun from the Procurement Center, with attendance from key leaders including Chang Liping, Director of the Procurement Center; Huang Hong, Administrative Director; Zhu Lixiang, Chairman of the Labor Union; Chang Jing, Warehouse Manager; Lu Jing, HR Manager; Shi Yajun, HSE Manager; and other department heads, who collectively witnessed this professional and spectacular skills showcase.

The competition has meticulously designed three challenging yet practical events: "Precision Reverse Parking," "Balloon Piercing with Objects," and "Forklift Stacking," comprehensively testing participants' operational proficiency, precise control ability, spatial judgment, and emergency response skills.
In the "Precision Reverse Parking" event, contestants must reverse a forklift from point A to point B while balancing two bottles of water on the forks, with obstacles set along the way. This demands not only speed but also avoiding water spillage or obstacle contact, placing extremely high requirements on operational accuracy.

The "Balloon Popping with Forklift" event also presents a significant challenge. Contestants must operate a forklift carrying two bottles of mineral water, starting from point A. While navigating the course, they need to precisely control the height and angle of the forklift tines to pop five strategically placed balloons along the way. This task rigorously tests the competitors' fine control over the forklift and their ability to maintain dynamic balance.

The "Forklift Stacking" event places greater emphasis on teamwork and spatial planning. Participants must follow designated routes to safely and steadily transport wooden crates from Point A to Point B, arranging them neatly within the specified area. This requires ensuring the crates remain undamaged while achieving stable and orderly stacking, fully demonstrating the practicality and precision of forklift operation.

The competition venue was filled with a tense yet lively atmosphere. The contestants, full of energy and composure, skillfully maneuvered their forklifts through various operations such as turning, reversing, lifting, and stacking, completing each task with seamless precision and fluidity, earning rounds of applause and cheers from the audience. The judges strictly adhered to the competition rules, evaluating each participant fairly and impartially based on operational standards, completion time, task quality, safety, and professionalism, ensuring the authority and credibility of the final results.
After several rounds of intense competition, the winners were finally determined. During the award ceremony, the victorious contestants took the stage one by one to receive their honors and recognition. Director Chang Liping presented the awards to the first-place winners, while Director Huang Hong and Chairman Zhu Lixiang awarded the second-place winners. Managers Chang Jing, Lu Jing, and Shi Yajun jointly presented the awards to the third-place winners. The weighty medals and certificates of honor not only affirmed the contestants' technical skills but also served as an inspiration for all employees to delve deeper into technology and enhance their capabilities.
