Graduation Ceremony
On the morning of January 15th, the graduation ceremony of Token Sciences 2025 "Spark Plan" was grandly held at the auditorium of Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. The ceremony was hosted by Liu Jing and Zhu Wenbo from the Human Resources Department. Attendees included Mr. Zhu Changqing, Assistant General Manager of Token Sciences; Mr. Yu Weiping, Manager; Ms. Yuan Jing, Deputy General Manager and Quality Director of the Third Division; Mr. Lei Guojing, Assistant General Manager; Mr. Rao Lei, Director; Mr. Wang Guodong, Lean Expert; Mr. Bi Tiejun, Deputy Director; Ms. Lu Jing, Head of the Spark Plan and Human Resources Manager; as well as all 25th Spark Plan trainees.

Trainee Representative Speech
Zhou Hao, a trainee representative from the Second Business Division, shared his learning and growth journey over the past six months. From struggling with machine operations to calmly handling equipment debugging and independently analyzing production line anomalies, every step of progress has been inseparable from the care of leaders, the tolerance of colleagues, and Token open and sharing technical atmosphere as well as its pragmatic style. He stated that the completion of the Spark Program is not the end but a new starting point in his career. As a member of the younger generation in the new era, he will always maintain a competitive spirit, curiosity, and confidence, practicing "comparing contributions, quality, service, and innovation" in his position. He pledged to deepen his learning, refine his skills, inject youthful energy into the company's high-quality development, and jointly create a bright future for Token!
Graduation Oath
Ma Wenhui, a trainee representative from the Third Business Division, led everyone in the graduation oath. The oath reads as follows: "As a graduate of the 2025 Spark Program, I solemnly pledge: I will abide by the company's rules and regulations, strive to learn and improve my professional skills, gain experience through practical work, temper myself through responsibility, and refine myself through striving for excellence! I will work hard to achieve both spiritual and material fulfillment!"
Proposal Competition Awards Ceremony
The results of the Token Sciences 2025 Lean Production Proposal Competition have been announced. Teams including Lou Renjie from Division Five, Li Boyang from Division Five, Wu Chengxin from Division One, Han Yongqi from Division Two, Gao Shuo from Dongxin Optoelectronics, and Zhou Jie from the Automotive Division received the Excellence Award, with a prize of 500 RMB. General Managers Rao Lei and Bi Tiejun presented them with certificates and prizes.
Teams from the Automotive Division, Zhu Wenhui's team and Ge Guangming's team, along with Zhou Hao's team from Division Two, won the third prize, receiving 1000 RMB. General Managers Zhu Changqing and Lei Guojiang presented them with trophies, certificates, and prizes.
Team of Fang Huisheng from the Third Business Division and team of Pei Taoran from the Vehicle Business Division won the second prize, receiving a bonus of 2000 yuan. General Manager Yuan Jing presented them with trophies, certificates, and bonuses.
Team of Song Fanglin from the Third Business Division won the first prize, receiving a bonus of 3000 yuan. Manager Lu Jing awarded him the trophy, certificate, and bonus.
The instructors of some outstanding proposals were awarded the Outstanding Instructor Award, with Manager Yu Weiping and Expert Wang Guodong presenting them with trophies, certificates, and prizes.

Standing at this new milestone of graduation, inspired by the three key themes—"Renewal, Diligence, and Long-term Vision"—highlighted by Chairman Gao in his 2026 New Year's address, may all graduates embrace renewal as a constant mindset, committing to lifelong learning; cultivate diligence as a habit, steadfastly nurturing your careers; and hold long-term vision as your ambition, aspiring to greater horizons. May these principles serve as your spiritual compass and practical guide in future endeavors, empowering you to navigate forward with broad perspectives and a win-win mentality, journeying steadily toward even vaster opportunities alongside your team.
