On December 26th, the 2024 Annual Safety and Environment Summary Meeting of Token Sciences was held in Conference Room 1 of the Administrative Building in the main area. The meeting was chaired by Administrative Director Huang Hong, with attendance from Chairman Gao Qianwen, President Zheng Jianjun, Chief Engineer Xu Shuhua, Vice Presidents He Yanbing and Chen Weida, among other leaders. Heads of various business units and departments, equipment supervisors, and safety officers also participated.
The meeting agenda included three main items: first, reviewing the achievement of safety and environment indicators by each department in the fourth quarter of 2024; second, summarizing the annual safety and environment work for 2024; and third, recognizing the 2024 Annual Safety and Environment Collective. Administrative Director Huang Hong reported on the rectification of safety, environmental, and fire hazards in the fourth quarter, as well as the annual safety and environment indicators for each business unit, and summarized their annual performance evaluations.
Based on the 2024 safety and environment evaluations, the Second Business Unit, Fifth Business Unit, LCM Business Unit, and Warehouse Management Department were awarded the honorary title of "Safety and Environment Collective" for 2024. Chairman Gao Qianwen and President Zheng Jianjun presented awards to representatives of these departments and took group photos.
President Zheng Jianjun emphasized two key points after listening to the report: First, continuously strengthen safety education and training, enhance safety and environmental awareness across departments, and improve the safety competency and skills of all employees. Second, managers of each business unit must take primary responsibility, with unit leaders understanding safety and assuming accountability, continuously refining safety production management and improving safety management at all levels to systematize the safety management framework. With everyone's joint efforts, we believe the company's safety and environmental work will reach new heights in 2025.
Chairman Gao Qianwen, in his concluding remarks, stated that the safety hazard identification and rectification cases from this quarter are exemplary. Business unit leaders must attach great importance to them, strictly formulating and improving internal safety and environmental management standards based on their actual conditions, and promoting the normalization, standardization, and scientification of safety production. This is also a reflection of the company's commitment to social responsibility. Additionally, each business unit should hold monthly safety and environmental meetings to enhance coordination, supervision, and inspection of safety and environmental work, intensify hazard identification efforts, innovate identification methods, and establish a long-term safety production mechanism. It is hoped that more business units and departments will become "Safety and Environmental Collectives" next year.
Safety production is an ongoing journey. In 2025, Token Sciences will implement multiple measures and efforts to continuously advance safety production, unite to prevent risks, and jointly ensure safety, safeguarding the high-quality development of the group company.
