Token Sciences Honored as "High-Quality Employer" by Anhui Jianzhu University
On the afternoon of May 28th, the Third Symposium and Exchange Meeting for High-Quality Employers was grandly held at the Ziyun Road Campus of Anhui Jianzhu University. University leaders including Huang Xianhuai, Deputy Party Secretary and President; Yang Ke, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President; and Ma Wei, Director of the Academic Affairs Office attended the event. Representatives from 16 enterprises, including Wuhu Token Sciences Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., were invited to the meeting and honored with the title of "High-Quality Employer." Jiang Kangcheng, HR Supervisor of Token Sciences, accepted the award on behalf of the company and engaged in in-depth discussions with the university on topics of university-enterprise cooperation and talent cultivation.
During the symposium, President Huang Xianhuai expressed gratitude for the long-term support from companies like Token Sciences and emphasized that university-enterprise collaboration is a key measure to organically connect the education chain and talent chain with the industrial chain and innovation chain. As the enterprise representative, Supervisor Jiang Kangcheng stated that Token Sciences always treats "talent as a resource" and vigorously builds an integrated "industry-academia-research-application" talent cultivation model. He highlighted that over the past three years, the company has recruited over a hundred graduates from the university for core positions in technical R&D and intelligent manufacturing, with many growing into project leaders.
