On December 29th, the 2025 Annual Safety and Environment Summary Meeting of Token Sciences was held in Conference Room 1 of the Administrative Building in Area A. The meeting was chaired by Administrative Director Huang Hong, with attendance from Chairman Gao Qianwen, President Zheng Jianjun, Chief Engineer Xu Shuhua, Vice Presidents He Yanbing and Chen Weida, along with department heads, equipment managers, and safety officers from various business units.
The agenda included three key items: 1) Review of Q3 safety, environmental, and fire hazard rectifications; 2) Analysis of Q4 safety, environmental, and fire incidents with corresponding rectification plans; 3) Summary of 2025 departmental safety and environment KPI assessments. Administrative Director Huang Hong presented updates on Q4 hazard rectifications and annual safety targets across business units, followed by a comprehensive evaluation of their annual safety performance.
Based on the 2025 safety and environment evaluations, the Third Business Unit, Vehicle Equipment Division, and Dongxin Optoelectronics were honored with Token Sciences "Safety and Environment Collective" award. Chairman Gao Qianwen and President Zheng Jianjun presented awards to representatives and took commemorative photos with them.
President Zheng Jianjun emphasized the implementation of "Three Enhancements and One Priority" for safety production after reviewing reports. Specifically: 1) Strengthen safety target fulfillment to align performance with corporate priorities, enforcing strict reward/penalty measures per responsibility agreements; 2) Enhance chemical management and systematic training through HR systems to improve hazardous material handling and employee awareness; 3) Improve water/energy conservation by analyzing usage with balance diagrams to identify leaks, reduce waste, and increase recycling rates; 4) Prioritize real-time workshop safety monitoring, requiring business unit heads to conduct comprehensive, scheduled inspections of production safety conditions.
Chairman Gao Qianwen emphasized in his concluding remarks the need to implement the "main responsibility system for production safety," continuously enhance environmental improvement and elevation, and strengthen corporate social responsibility. He also put forward five requirements: First, all departments must implement the main responsibility system, especially the logistics support department, which is directly related to the safety of employees' lives. It is crucial to strengthen responsibility fulfillment to avoid accidents. Second, while the safety and environmental indicators for 2025 show improvement compared to 2024, the extent of improvement does not meet the group's expectations. In 2026, the company will continue to ensure investment in safety expenses and maintain a high level of attention. All departments must decompose their targets diligently and strive to achieve the safety and environmental indicators, aligning the safety outcomes with the group's emphasis. Third, raise awareness of environmental management, ensure no environmental accidents occur, and strengthen environmental improvement and elevation to enhance corporate social responsibility. Fourth, leverage the advantages of the group company by conducting regular safety inspections at subsidiary companies and maintaining consistent safety and environmental requirements across all departments of the group. Fifth, strengthen production safety management during holidays while maintaining the daily standard of safety management.
In 2026, Token Sciences will consistently uphold the philosophy of "No end to safety, no pause in development," implementing practical measures of "multiple approaches to build defenses, multiple strategies to strengthen safeguards" to continuously deepen the production safety management system. We will harness the cohesive power of "united efforts to prevent risks" to construct a safety responsibility network involving all employees; with the execution force of "collaborative governance to ensure safety," we will forge a comprehensive safety protection chain, laying a solid safety foundation for the high-quality development of the group company, ensuring that every step in production safety is taken firmly, steadily, and far-reaching.
